- Always wash your hands before cleaning
- Rinse 2x daily with sterile saline solution (5ml-10ml small ampoules) or Octenisept
- Don’t rub or scrub – only gently pat dry or let it run over
- Wear breathable underwear (e.g., cotton)
- No sexual intercourse during healing (approximately 4–8 weeks depending on the piercing and your own wound healing)

- Avoid sauna, chlorinated water, salt water, tanning beds, or bathtubs during the first few weeks
